LAGA Publishing License Terms

These LAGA (Los Angeles Guitar Academy) Publishing License Terms (“Terms”) apply to any audio track (“Track”) provided by onlineguitaracademy.net (“Website”) to an individual (“Licensee”) who purchases the license to the Track to synchronize the Track to film or other media (“Production”). By clicking “Add to Cart” or otherwise confirming the purchase, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. The License is granted the right to synchronize the Track to film or other media in one Production only.

  2. The licensee is allowed to use only basic editing techniques such as using fades, splits, etc, when synchronizing the Track to film or other media. The Licensee may not fundamentally modify the Track by changing its tempo, character, key or harmonic structure.

  3. The Licensee may not distribute, display or transmit the Track to others for consumption, reproduction or re-sale.

  4. The Licensee may not modify any Track and sell or license it to others for consumption, reproduction or resale.

  5. For any production with more than one episode, each episode containing a Track will be considered to be a separate production, and each of which will require a separate License.

  6. The Licensee may not use any Track in a production that features political, religious, or controversial content.

  7. The Licensee may not use any Track in a production that features Pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful context.

  8. The Licensee grants the right to LAGA to feature the final, published version of the Production, or an excerpt of the Production on the Website or any of the social media channels owned and managed by LAGA.
